Due to the intangible nature of digital content provided on Béné's Shop (scripts, software tools, licenses, downloadable files, Discord roles), all sales are final once delivered or executed. No refunds or exchanges will be granted after delivery.
In accordance with consumer regulations regarding digital content supplied on non-tangible media, by completing a purchase on Béné's Shop, the Customer expressly requests immediate execution of the order and acknowledges waiving their legal right of withdrawal.
If you encounter an issue receiving your download, license key, or Discord role access after payment confirmation, do not open a dispute. Open a ticket on our official Discord server with your proof of purchase. Our support team will manually verify and issue your access immediately.
Any abusive dispute, chargeback attempt, or fraudulent payment initiated without contacting support beforehand will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our Discord server, permanent revocation of all purchased product licenses, and inclusion on blacklist databases.
