These General Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter "TOS") exclusively govern all sales of digital products and services made on the Béné's Shop website, accessible at bene94.com (hereinafter "the Site"). Any purchase made on the Site implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these TOS. Béné's Shop reserves the right to modify its conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
Nature of goods: Béné's Shop exclusively offers digital products, tools, and content (scripts, software, Discord role access, downloadable files).
Availability: Digital products are delivered subject to service availability at the time of the order.
Usage: Unless stated otherwise, digital products are sold strictly for personal, non-exclusive use. Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, sharing, or modification of the product is strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate revocation of access without refund, as well as potential legal action.
Order process: The Customer places an order by selecting their desired product, providing the required information (valid email address, Discord ID if necessary), and completing the payment.
Instant delivery: Delivery is automated and immediate upon payment confirmation:
Pricing: Prices displayed on the Site are in Euros (€) and are payable in full at the time of order.
Payment methods: Payments are secured and processed by our third-party provider Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). Béné's Shop does not store any banking or financial data.
Transaction refusal: Béné's Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of a prior payment dispute, suspected fraud, or the use of unauthorized payment methods.
In accordance with regulations on digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium and executed immediately after purchase:
Waiver of withdrawal right: By validating the order, the Customer expressly requests immediate execution of the contract and waives their right of withdrawal.
No-refund policy: No refunds or exchanges will be granted once the product is delivered or access is granted, except under the exception conditions specified in our Refund Policy.
Access to channels reserved for buyers requires compliance with the internal rules of the Béné's Shop Discord server. Any disrespectful behavior, fraud attempt, insult toward support staff, or violation of Discord rules may result in a permanent ban from the Discord server and removal of product access without compensation or refund.
All text, graphics, logos, code, scripts, and content on the Site and within sold products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Béné's Shop. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Béné's Shop strives to maintain continuous access to services. However, we cannot be held responsible for network outages, third-party hosting interruptions, or force majeure. Béné's Shop does not guarantee that products will meet specific expectations beyond the features explicitly described on the product page.
